Control Program
Kendall
Farms will be monitoring many of
our shipments with temperature recorders,
which will provide a record of any
extreme temperature readings, especially
important during the cold, winter
months. We continue to place a major
emphasis on quality and to ensure
our products |
arrive in the best condition
possible. In addition, many
growers are not able to invest
in proper cooling systems, however,
Kendall Farms spends a considerable
amount in improvements and maintenance
of our coolers while still offering
competitive prices to our customers.

We're
excited to announce
that our Wax Flower
will be in full
production in Purple
Pride, Hybrids,
Pinks and Whites
for Valentine's
Day! We are continuing
with the standards
we established last
year with an average
weight in grams,
which provides consistent
bunch sizes. Our
Wax Flower is taller
and has longer laterals
(side branches off
of the main stem),
which offers more
value to our customers.

. . . . .
We're very pleased to announce that Kathleen
Shagam has recently joined our Sales Team.
Kathleen has 30 years of experience in
the Floral Industry with a wide range
of expertise in the retail, wholesale
and growing aspects of our industry. Kathleen
was raised in Southern California and
is returning here after spending many
years in the Northwest.
Brian
Hulihan has also joined Kendall Farms
as our new Office Administrator. Brian
has over ten years of experience in Facilities
and Project Management, IT Management
and Operations. Brian is a native San
Diegan and came to Kendall Farms from
the Bio Tech industry.
